Equal Opportunities Policy

This policy outlines the commitment of NI Private Speech Therapy to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all areas of speech and language therapy practice with both children and adults. The aim is to ensure that all clients, families, and colleagues are treated fairly, with respect, and without discrimination.

This includes providing information in accessible formats, using interpreters or alternative communication methods when needed, and offering therapy in settings that are physically accessible.
